RSS, or "Really Simple Syndication" is a web tool used to send web page
content to a specified account. This provides a convenient way for the user
to keep updated on changes to favorite websites. All you need is a reader,
an account that collects the different web feeds to which you subscribe.
There are many types of readers; some you download to your computer, some
you can view online, and some associated with an email account. You
can choose the best reader for you.
Once you have a reader, you can subscribe to news sites, blogs, web
comics, and many other sites!

does not endorse or recommend any software or programs to view/read syndicated
feeds.
