Event Description:
Come improve your mental and physical well-being, increase flexibility, and strengthen muscles with this 30-minute workout. This class uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to tone and strengthen the body. No prior registration is required. This program is walk-in basis. Free to Southeast faculty, staff and students.
