Event Description:
Strength training has many benefits, such as increased bone strength, reduced risk of injury, and helping your body to burn more calories. You can come to this 30-minute class to learn proper exercise techniques and stay motivated for your regular exercise routine. No prior registration is required. This program is walk-in basis.
