Come enjoy this 30-minute invigorating and rejuvenating workout and relaxation. Bring your friends and co-workers to refresh your body and mind. Please come in loose fitting clothing that allows movements. Additionally, please bring your own yoga mat (if available) and a belt/old tie that can be used as a strap. No prior registration is required. This program is walk-in basis.
