The 2009 medical insurance plans will be offered through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is offering the choice of two medical insurance plans: Medical Plan A, with a Health Incentive Account (HIA) provision and Medical Plan B, which is a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), that once again allows the opportunity to establish an Health Savings Account (HSA). Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield possesses the largest preferred provider network nationwide and offers prescription drug coverage through Wellpoint NextRx.
