Vision Plan Rates

For calendar year 2008, two vision plans are available to you and your dependents through Vision Service Plan (VSP) which can be located on the web at http://www.vsp.com . The first plan is called "Exam Plus Plan (Plan A)" and it pays for one annual eye examination. When you use a VSP network provider, you pay a $10 co-payment and receive a discount from this provider on eyewear. The second plan is called "The Standard Enhanced High Option (Plan B)." This plan pays for an annual eye examination and provides a $120 allowance each year for frames or contact lenses with evaluation exam.
