The Department of Management and Marketing offers
academic majors in the Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration degree program
designed to prepare students for career positions in all areas
of management, marketing and international business.
We offer one of the most comprehensive approaches to
entrepreneurship education in the Midwest. Our
institution's Center for
Innovation and Entrepreneurship inspires students and
business start-up clients to embrace innovation and turn their
business dreams into a reality.
We have recently been certified by the Society for
Human Resource Management as meeting their professional
standards and having a comprehensive Human Resource
Management curriculum.
Faculty want to provide our
majors with a unique competitive advantage and make our students
more marketable upon graduation. We are now including a
"Real World Experience" for our majors in Management,
Marketing and International Business as part of the required
curriculum. This includes internships, practica and
international study opportunities. Our classes include
practical, real-world learning opportunities that embody actual
activities a business manager would experience.
