    Welcome to Fitness & Wellness on the Web!   As part of Recreational Sports, the Fitness & Wellness Program is here to assist you in achieving a higher quality of life by providing you with a variety of health awareness and educational opportunities.

    Participate in a Noon Walk, invest in a personal trainer, take a yoga class, get a massage or register for a workshop or event. We have much to offer, and are constantly adding new programs and classes to better meet the needs of the University's best asset – our faculty, staff, and students!
