    Welcome to Fitness & Wellness on the Web!   As part of Recreational Sports, the Fitness & Wellness Program is here to assist you in achieving a higher quality of life by providing you with a variety of health awareness and educational opportunities.

    Participate in a Noon Walk, invest in a personal trainer, take a yoga class, get a massage or register for a workshop or event. We have much to offer, and are constantly adding new programs and classes to better meet the needs of the University's best asset our faculty, staff, and students!
